TrackPal serves as a valuable tool for those engaged in road-book navigation. It is equipped with two distinct odometers: one measures the total distance (Total Section Distance), while the other calculates partial distances (Point To Point).

Supports both landscape and portrait modes with automatic scaling
Large, clear buttons designed with configurable delay protection
Global odometer with ± counting direction
Indicators for course direction and GPS signal strength
Delayed edit button for manual adjustments to each odometer

The application utilizes the device's GPS in high accuracy background mode. However, users should be aware that this functionality can significantly drain battery life. To ensure extended usage, it is advisable to connect the device to a power source, such as a 12V USB adapter via the vehicle’s lighter plug.
